Gail Boyd
From work as a Trust Assistant to Trust Real Estate Manager, Gail Boyd has diverse experience and a unique perspective working with trust clients and their less-than-liquid assets. After seven years with a regional bank, Gail joined CapitalMark's newly formed Trust group in 2009 as a Client Service Manager and to oversee the management of real estate held in Trust. With a degree in Environmental Science and experience working with a local environmental engineering firm, Gail is equipped not just to help you keep your real property in optimal condition, but can assist with review and due diligence before the acquisition.
Gail enjoys working around a highly seasoned Trust team which collectively holds over 130 years of industry experience. Further, she states CapitalMark's entire orientation is around Quality over Quantity and that positively impacts both the client's experience and the work environment.
