Mobile Check Deposit
Mobile Check Deposit is another way we bring banking to you. Enjoy the convenience of depositing a check from the comfort of your iPhone, Android mobile or iPad tablet device using CapitalMark's Mobile and Tablet Banking apps. Simply snap a photo of the front and back of a properly endorsed* check and submit! We offer this service complimentary to all of our personal account holders because we want our clients to experience and enjoy the convenience of banking on-the-go.
How it works:
1.) Login to your Mobile or Tablet Banking app.
2.) Select Mobile Deposit from the navigation menu and click 'New Deposit'.
3.) After reading the Terms & Conditions, click 'Continue'.
4.) Snap a photo of the front and back of a properly endorsed check in the designated photo fields. Proper endorsements require a signature, receiving account number and "For CMBT Mobile Deposit Only" on the back of the check.
5.) Enter the dollar amount of the deposit and select the receiving CapitalMark account.
6.) To finish, enter your email address for transaction updates and click 'Continue'.
7.) If all information is accurate, click 'Submit'.
If approved, your mobile deposit funds will be available the next business day if deposited prior to the 3 p.m. EST cut-off time. If the deposit was submitted after 3 p.m. EST, the funds will be available in 2 business days.
Mobile Check Deposit is a feature of the Mobile Banking and Tablet Banking apps. Compatible devices for Mobile Check Deposit are iPhone and Android phones and iPad tablets only. Users must first be enrolled in Online Banking and Mobile Banking to get started. For enrollment assistance, contact your Banker Team or visit our Mobile Check Deposit Support page for enrollment and device activation instructions.
*Checks will be rejected without the proper endorsement (signature, receiving account number and "For CMBT Mobile Deposit Only".
Limits and restrictions may apply and are subject to change.
CapitalMark recommends that you keep checks on file at least 45 days after deposit.
Must be a client for 90 days to use this feature.
