How do I enroll in Online Banking?

To enroll in Online Banking, you will need to complete a one-time enrollment process. Click the Personal or Business Login links to begin enrollment, and contact a CapitalMark representative if you need assistance.

How up-to-date are my account balances in Online Banking?

Online Banking offers the most current account balances and transaction details available. The “Available balance” includes all pending debits and credits on your account. The “Current balance” includes all posted transactions, excluding pending transactions.

Can I transfer funds to other financial institutions?

Yes, you can transfer funds to other financial institutions through CapitalMark's Personal Online Banking. Visit the Transfers & Payments section in Online Banking to add an institution to your external transfers. You will need to go through a one-time validation process for each new institution added to your external transfers using microtransfers.

I am locked out of Online Banking, how do I unlock my account?

The password associated with your account has been incorrectly entered three times, resulting in a lockout. Please contact a CapitalMark representative at (423) 756-7878 to have your password reset.

How do I change my Online Banking username or password?

From your Online Banking dashboard, select the Change Username or Change Password option from the Administration tab.

Online Banking is asking me to change my password. Why do I have to do this?

For increased security, CapitalMark requires Online Banking users to reset passwords every 90 days. For added security, select a password with letters, numbers and special characters.

My Bill Pay link does not work. How can access my Bill Pay account?

If you’re using a Mac computer, press the Apple key while clicking on the Bill Pay link in Online Banking. If you’re using an iPad, hold the Bill Pay link until the new window opens with Bill Pay.

How secure is Online Banking?

CapitalMark's Online Banking platform uses advanced technology to ensure that your sensitive account information always remains safe and secure. For additional protection, always access Online Banking with a secure network and a device with up-to-date anti-virus software. What mobile devices support the CapitalMark Mobile Banking app?

iPhone and Android devices support CapitalMark's mobile banking app. Additionally, almost any mobile device has access to one of CapitalMark's three modes of Mobile Banking, which are Text/SMS Banking, Mobile Web Banking and the Mobile App. To enroll your mobile device in any of the three modes of Mobile Banking, login to Online Banking to begin activation.
What tablet devices support the CapitalMark Tablet Banking app?
Apple's iPad tablets are the only supported devices for the tablet banking app.
