Client Services Associate
CapitalMark Bank & Trust has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate. This position will perform the client service function of the Bank through prompt, efficient, and accurate handling of transactions for clients. The position will serve as a liaison between banker teams, clients, and other Bank personnel. Additionally, this role will involve processing online and offline transactions, daily balancing of cash drawer/recycler, ATM, and vault transactions, opening/closing of safe deposit boxes, applicable research requests, and other duties as assigned.
Prior experience in banking and a minimum of one to two years customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills desired. Strong attention to detail and basic computer/math skills are a must. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be dependable, and a team player with the flexibility to handle various tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
This position will be located in Knoxville and report to the Northeast Tennessee President.
