David has been in the financial industry for over 11 years and joined CapitalMark in 2011 to be part of a new banking model. David has a diverse background that serves his clients well; for example, he’s served as the Mayor of Oak Ridge from 2001 to 2007. He especially enjoys working with technology and manufacturing-based companies and strives to be a resource to management teams transitioning companies to a higher level of efficiency. He greatly appreciates that CapitalMark is laser focused on quickly providing solutions to practically any client or business need. David works closely with his teammates Andy Boyer and Julie Goeke to go above and beyond expectations to help clients reach their goals and appreciates their ability to solve any problem.

Andy has been in the banking industry for 12 years serving in business banking, commercial banking and asset-based lending divisions. Andy joined CapitalMark in October of 2011 drawn to the idea of launching a new kind of bank in the Oak Ridge and Blount County market that simplifies and customizes the banking experience for clients. He most appreciates that CapitalMark’s model delivers local decision making while aligning one banker team per client. When not serving the needs of businesses and individuals in the Oak Ridge and Blount County markets or engaging in the community, you can find Andy on the soccer fields supporting his five children!

Julie has been in banking since 2000 and with CapitalMark specifically since November of 2007. She works closely with her teammates David and Andy to form specialized solutions to her clients’ unique situations. She holds customer service to the highest standards and loves that when a call is placed to CapitalMark, you will speak with a representative - not a menu-driven answering service. Something you wouldn’t know about Julie? She has been practicing meditation since the third grade – her secret to never getting stressed and maintaining a healthy life balance!
