David has been in the financial industry for over 11 years and joined CapitalMark in 2011 to be part of a new banking model. David has a diverse background that serves his clients well; for example, he’s served as the Mayor of Oak Ridge from 2001 to 2007. He especially enjoys working with technology and manufacturing-based companies and strives to be a resource to management teams transitioning companies to a higher level of efficiency. He greatly appreciates that CapitalMark is laser focused on quickly providing solutions to practically any client or business need. David works closely with his teammates Andy Boyer and Lura Robertson to go above and beyond expectations to help clients reach their goals and appreciates their ability to solve any problem.
Andy has been in the banking industry for 12 years serving in business banking, commercial banking and asset-based lending divisions. Andy joined CapitalMark in October of 2011 drawn to the idea of launching a new kind of bank in the Oak Ridge and Blount County market that simplifies and customizes the banking experience for clients. He most appreciates that CapitalMark’s model delivers local decision making while aligning one banker team per client. When not serving the needs of businesses and individuals in the Oak Ridge and Blount County markets or engaging in the community, you can find Andy on the soccer fields supporting his five children!
Lura joined CapitalMark in May of 2012 after 25 years in lending and credit analysis. She enjoys problem solving and customizing banking solutions for her clients. She finds her teammates David and Andy to be professional, reliable team players who deliver the “One Banker, One Bank” model seamlessly with their expertise and well-rounded knowledge base. On top of that, she finds her team to be energetic and hardworking while still finding time to maintain strong family values and ties. Outside of work, Lura enjoys laughing, dancing and a really good pun!
Debi has been in banking for 25 years specializing in both lending and mortgage services. Debi always looks forward to meeting and getting to know new clients while maintaining strong relationships with her current clients. She works closely with her teammates David and Andy to form specialized solutions to her clients’ unique situations. She loves that CapitalMark offers competitive products, like the larger banks, but with exceptional customer service which Debi holds to the highest standard. Something you wouldn’t know about Debi? She and her husband are also in the antique business!
