Mark started his banking career in 1987 and asserts that banking wasn’t as much fun until he teamed with Allison at CapitalMark. Mark was part of the original group that formed the bank in 2006, and he enjoys handling a wide variety of transactions. He appreciates CapitalMark’s unique model with One Banker handling all the client’s banking needs and with decisions made locally. When not advising clients, Mark stays busy with his sons, and Mark acknowledges in spirit, he’s the same age!
Allison has worked in banking since 1994 and was an original member of the CapitalMark team. The days working in a small office before the Chattanooga branch opened offer especially fond memories for Allison. She enjoys working with her teammate Mark and attributes their ability to work hard while having fun as the secret to their success.
Deborah has been in banking for almost 34 years. She has a great deal of experience in commercial development projects and loves working with a project from the ground up. At CapitalMark, she especially enjoys watching the fruits of the bankers’ expertise, uniquely benefiting each client. She takes pride in CapitalMark’s success story and team of talented bankers and executives. As part of the team, Deborah works to streamline and enhance the banking experience for every client. Of her team-mates, she appreciates Mark and Allison’s passion for banking while making work fun. In her free time, Deborah enjoys yoga, listening to music and NPR and spending time with her sweet grandchildren!
