Clients are assigned one Banker Team as a point of contact for a close, advisory experience with Bankers who are afforded the opportunity to get to know them well. This “One Client, One Banker” model goes hand-in-glove with our Banker’s ability to make timely, informed decisions and to form customized banking solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

Our “One Bank” approach challenges the traditional multi-branch banking model with the belief that clients prefer to access their bank with multiple channels including online technology, remote capture services, and a personal courier delivery for physical items which can’t be transmitted electronically. Of course, we always enjoy seeing our clients enter our doors in downtown Chattanooga, Cleveland,  Knoxville and Oak Ridge! Our model is built upon the foundation of maximizing our clients’  banking experience.
