CapitalMark Trust Powers Approved
Chattanooga, TN – September 8, 2008 - R. Craig Holley, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce that CapitalMark has received approval from federal and state regulatory agencies to exercise trust powers for its Wealth and Trust Management division, lead by Al Secor, Director of Trust Services, and Stefanie Crowe, Director of Wealth Services.
The group began full operation August 5th, 2008, and offers multi-generational Wealth & Trust services, using a "family office" approach, to include an emphasis on the emerging affluent -- business owners, executives and professionals.

Mr. Holley also announces that Deborah French Miller has joined CapitalMark as Client Services Manager for the new group. She is responsible for the delivery of Wealth & Trust services, fiduciary and investment compliance, and trust operations.
